I know UC Davis has one (and I think other UCs)...but in Davis' case, you don't apply directly to the unit but the program, and they put you where you fit, a lot of it being where your did your preceptorship. My hospital won't even look at your application until you've passed NCLEX but my brother in law was just offered a job at a hospital before he even took the NCLEX.
